Welcome to Tsumugi, the Data Platform + Smart Facility Management System (SFMS). This manual walks through the product page by page, with screenshots and step-by-step instructions for everyday tasks.

Who can do what (roles)
Tsumugi is permission-driven — you only see what your role allows.

| Member | Operator / engineer | Operate: work orders, maintenance, plant/energy control |
| Viewer | Read-only stakeholder | View only — control panels are hidden |
Conventions in this manual
- Steps are numbered — follow them in order.
- Buttons and menu items are shown in bold.
- Anything a Viewer cannot do is called out; if a control is missing, check your role with an administrator.
